FORMEZ VOS PRÉPOSÉS

in collaboration with the Fédération des centres de services scolaires du Québec (FCSSQ) and with financial support from the Government of Québec

FOR HEALTHY RPAs

Starting December 15, 2025, Article 29 of the certification will come into effect, and caregivers (préposés) in RPAs will be required to be trained on their first day of employment.

Comply with the certification regulation by training your caregivers in Personal Assistance Service Provision (PSAP).

At the end of this 180‑hour training, your employees will be able  to care for autonomous and semi‑autonomous individuals.

CHEF AND KITCHEN MANAGER TRAINING

in collaboration with the Fierbourg Hospitality School and with financial support from the Government of Québec

The Fierbourg Hospitality School offers Chef and Kitchen Manager training for RPA staff members in the Capitale-Nationale and Mauricie–Centre-du-Québec regions.

Develop your employees’ team‑management and inventory‑management skills, all while taking into account the nutritional needs of seniors.

Upon completion of this training, your employees will be able to design healthy, most‑effective menus that will delight your residents.
